The NBS “Recital Hour” features artists of each instrument giving us a glimpse of their respective solo repertoire.

10:30am – 12:00pm: Instrument-specific Master Classes and Chamber Music Coachings

12:00 – 2:00pm: Lunch and Exhibits

2:00 – 3:00pm: RECITAL HOUR 2

3:00 – 4:30pm: NBS Solo Competition Finals

Featuring finalists from a preliminary tape round.

4:30 – 5:45pm: AXIOM BRASS CONCERT

The world-renowned Axiom Brass perform

5:45 – 7:00pm: Dinner and Exhibits

Understanding Orchestral Excerpts from within the Ensemble: Select participants will have the opportunity to play some of the great orchestral repertoire side-by-side with NBS Artists.  Excerpts to be taken from the works of TBA.
